Lubbock Regional MHMR Center encourages consumers, family members and the public to participate in the review, planning and development of our services. Here are some of the ways you can participate:

  • Volunteer to serve on the Advisory Committee.
    This group makes recommendations about issues such as strategic planning. This role is more formal and structured. If you are interested in serving on the Advisory Committee, please call the Planning Office at (806) 766-0338 to request an application.
  • Become a consumer volunteer.
  • Become a student volunteer.
  • Become a volunteer from the community.
Some of the volunteer activities available include:
 Conducting surveys, clerical duties, working directly with consumers, teaching, student internships and more.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, you can apply at our administrative building located at: 1602 10th Street. Applications will be accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Personnel Office located on the second floor.
