What is an Assessment? An assessment is a personal interview with a qualified professional for a comprehensive psychosocial evaluation. The completed assessment: - Determines your eligibility for services,
- Determines the package of services you are eligible to receive,
- Helps you identify your goals and outcomes for services, and
- Determines what services are needed.
Who will interview me? Your assessment will be conducted by one of our licensed assessors. After-hours crisis assessments may be conducted by one of our other licensed employees. He received his Licensed Master of Social Work in 1994, his Advanced Clinical Practitioner designation in July, 1997, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker designation in 2004. | Kathy Irwin has been with Lubbock Regional MHMR Center since 2006. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work in 1983.
