The American Correctional Association has invited Dr. E. Ross Taylor, the Medical Director for Lubbock Regional MHMR Center, to serve as its Chair of the Mental Health Committee and to serve as a member of its Health Care Committee. The appointments are for 2004-2006.

Dr. Taylor has worked with Lubbock MHMR Center since January 2001. He received his board certification in Psychiatry and Neurology in 1984. He has provided numerous psychiatric lectures throughout the country and is considered an expert in forensic psychiatry.
