Sunrise Canyon Hospital to Receive JCAHO Accreditation Visit

October 9, 2003

The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) will conduct an accreditation survey of Sunrise Canyon Hospital (SRCH) on November 11-13, 2003.

Anyone wanting to share information about SRCH may request a public information interview with JCAHO representatives at the time of the survey.  Requests for interviews must be made in writing, indicating the nature of the information, and sent to JCAHO by November 6, 2003 to this address:
