Whenever you find yourself in a crisis situation, you can call Lubbock Regional MHMR Center's Crisis Line anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Your call is answered by a qualified professional who can help you with mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse issues.

When you call, the person answering the phone may refer you to other resources in the community that can best meet your needs.  If your call is an emergency, a crisis team may be sent out to help manage your situation.  If necessary, 911 emergency services may also be contacted to respond to your crisis.
