Lubbock Regional Director's Roundtable The Lubbock Regional Director's Roundtable was formed by the highest ranking local state agency officials in 1989 as a forum for communication, networking and sharing of ideas and resources between agencies. The Roundtable's mission is to promote excellence in management, customer service and efficiency of state resources. We are proud of the uniqueness of our organization and our purpose in leadership. The Roundtable recognizes state and public employees every year that provide quality public service and also are active in community volunteerism. The Roundtable is an organization representing area state and public agencies on the South Plains. Recognition One employee is chosen by the Center each year and is recognized at a meeting of the
