| The Service Star for the first quarter of fiscal year 2007 is Adam Tungate.  Adam works as a screener in Triage. The screeners work with multiple problems and requests, and Adam always manages to address the needs of the person who calls the triage line. In a kind and respectful manner, he assists the caller to manage what is often a stressful situation.
The triage line is our front gate to center services, and it is important that community members who contact us receive the best quality response. The screeners set the tone for our services, and Adam has the ability to convey to callers that their concerns are heard and that staff at our Center care. |
