LRMHMRC is seeking proposals from qualified providers for Psychiatric Services to consist of Pharmacological Management and Psychiatric Evaluations for eligible individuals with mental illness who receive services from LRMHMRC. Respondents will be required to submit a cost proposal describing fee structure and ability to comply with LRMHMRC payors such as Medicaid, third-party payors, and Managed Care contracts.

LRMHMRC is seeking applications from qualified providers to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to authorized, eligible individuals with mental illness who receive services from LRMHMRC.  Rate of payment for CBT services will be $40.41 per 45 minutes. The minimum billable unit of service is 45 minutes.    

Respondents must be able to provide services to individuals residing in LRMHMRC's local service area which consists of Lubbock, Lynn, Crosby, Cochran and Hockley counties. Respondents must be eligible to do business in Texas, and be registered with the Texas Secretary of State to the extent required by Texas law. Professionals must hold valid Texas licenses and/or certifications to the extent required to perform any individual component of the required services. Contracts with selected providers are expected to start on January 1, 2010 and the terms of the contract are contingent upon availability of funds.

Documents posted specify what services are being procured, how to apply and conditions a provider must meet to provide services.  Applications must be received by 4 pm on August 28, 2009 and must follow all required submission requirements as instructed.
