Citizens or citizen groups wishing to address
the Board of Trustees may be recognized for this purpose so
long as protocol related to Public
Comment is met.
A total of fifteen minutes is allotted on
the agenda for public comment.
Please complete the Public Comment Registration
Form prior to the beginning of a regularly scheduled Board of
Trustee meeting. The registration process ceases when the Board
Chair calls the meeting to order. Presentations or comments
are limited to three (3) minutes. Public comment will be available
on a first come, first served basis.
Paper copies of the Public Comment Protocol
are available on the sign-in table prior to each regularly scheduled
Board of Trustees meeting or through the offices of the Chief
Administrative Officer or the Director of Governmental Affairs.
