Mission
The mission of Lubbock Regional MHMR Center is to assure that the diverse needs of people faced with the challenges of aging, mental retardation, mental illness, and chemical dependency are met through the management of an accessible system of services and resources which supports individual choices and promotes lives of dignity and self-determination.
