| The Service Star for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2007 is Cookie Hair. 
Cookie Hair currently wears several hats within our organization. She serves as the Center’s switchboard operator and assists the staff from the mental health trust fund and medication assistance program. Cookie has a smile and kind word for everyone who comes by her work station. She handles difficult situation in a calm manner and always treats consumers with dignity and respect. She deals with community members and callers from other agencies in a courteous and professional manner and goes the extra mile to connect them to the right person in the Center. Cookie understands that customer service must be in all of our interactions to be effective. She is truly a star in that arena. |
